Blownfuse. The horn on Audi S4 needs electricity to work. In case of a faulty fuse, the circuit is interrupted and the horn can not work. Check your S4’s owners manual or the fuse box cover to find the exact location of the fuse for the horn. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new one with the specified amp rating.
Parkedthe car and visited for a while and after about 30 mins got back in the car, started and got the warning light on the dash saying "defective steering do not drive." Steering wheel seems to be locked, no power steering and put it in d and the parking brake engages. Checked for leaks etc. No vagcom with me. Ran basic codes on carista.
