A place to discuss our love for the Devil May Cry series Members Online Dmc1 and Dmc2 Dante have the prettiest designs, I really miss his gothic attire look from 1 and 2.
The gameplay is fine just not as good or refined as DMC 3,4,5 but the story and characters are really bad. to be fair, they're not as bad as 2. DmC Devil may Cry is a reboot and unrelated to the original series. That's why you may hear someone say it's bad. Also the alternative personality for Dante was disappointing.
15 votes, 10 comments. true. Mouse has too little buttons, I don't think it works for DMC. Keyboard on other hand allows you to use multiple fingers for JCing and style switch while holding the directional key easily, you can't even do that on controller (thumb for 4 buttons or more) without monster hunter grip.

Dmc1 How tf do i beat nightmare. The easiest way would be to let him grab you once and than fight the boss inside him to deal massiv dmg. After this you can just spam the granade launcher and roll to fill the devil trigger and than start shooting lightnings. Its not a skilled way, but it works just fine. Avoid all the garbage he throws at you
